Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for weekend rentals?+

We understand that you sometimes need items earlier for set up, so we give you your items from Friday to Monday for only the one day rate.

Do you need a deposit?+

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold items for you, then any remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

How far in advance should I reserve items?+

We recommend putting down a deposit on items as soon as you know you need them to ensure availability. For larger events we prefer at least 6 months notice.

Do you deliver?+

Absolutely! For an additional fee, we will, wherever you need us! You do have the option of picking up your items from our warehouse and returning them as well.

Do you set everything up when you deliver?+

The price of some of our items like tents and pipe/drape have set up/tear down included. Other items such as dance floor, tables, and chairs have separate set up charges. Please let us know if you would like us to set up/tear down your event from start to finish and we can take the stress off you doing it.

What is the E.P.P on my contract?+

Our Equipment Protection Plan (E.P.P) covers you for any accidental or unintentional damage to the equipment while it is in your possession, but it does not cover missing items.

Do I need to clean the dishes I rent?+

We just require you to scrape and rinse the plates and flatware, and make sure the glassware is liquid free, then re-crate them the way you received them.

What do I do with linens when our event is over?+

Please place linens in the linen bag provided with all hangers. If any of the linens are damp, please air dry before placing in linen bag to prevent mildew.

What is your cancellation policy?+

The 25% deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, we will assess a 50% cancellation fee; if you cancel within 13 days of the event, we will assess a 100% cancellation fee.

Can I change my guest count once I get my RSVPs back?+

Of course! We recommend reserving for your highest number, then you have until 2 weeks before the event to give us your final guest count.

How many people can you sit at a round/long table?+

  • 6’ Banquet – 6 people (8 if using ends)
  • 8’ Banquet – 8 people (10 if using ends)
  • 48" Round table – 6 people
  • 60" Round table – 8 people
  • 72" Round table – 10 people

What size tent, linen, dance floor, etc. do I need?+
