Engineered for performance and efficiency, the Blodgett Single-Deck Convection Oven is a full-size commercial solution designed to meet the demands of catering operations, temporary kitchens, and high-volume food service. This liquid propane model delivers even, powerful cooking results while mounted on a sturdy mobile stand for flexible, on-site operation.
Requiring a 20 lb propane tank (sold separately) and a 120V, 3.5 AMP electrical hookup, this oven features a two-speed fan and HP blower motor that circulates heated air evenly, allowing for faster cooking at lower temperatures. A 60-minute timer with an easy-to-use dial offers precise cooking control and monitoring.
The interior features five chrome-plated racks, adjustable across eleven rack positions at a minimum 1 5/8" spacing maximizing usable space and accommodating up to (5) standard 18" x 26" full-size baking pans.
