This high capacity, insulated banquet cabinet can accommodate up to 120 pre-plated meals, making it ideal for banquets, catering operations, institutional kitchens, and large-scale events.
The unit features three fixed shelves with 16-1/2" clearance, allowing it to hold a variety of covered plates or bulk food pans. A bottom-mounted internal heater powered by a high-performance blower system ensures quick heat-up and even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet.
Designed for practicality, it includes sliding door latches, concealed hinges, and a thermometer with a remote sensing bulb to accurately monitor internal temperature. Preheating to 160 F in approximately 20 minutes, this unit is built for dependable performance during high-demand service windows.
